John A. Cheney

Commissioner Appointment

Mr. Cheney resides in Henry Township and has served on the Board of Trustees since July of 1992.  His current term expires in December of 2010.  Mr. Cheney is also an original member of the Board and has also previously served as District president.  Mr. Cheney serves as an ex officio member of all Board committees. He also serves on the District's Safety committee.

Alex Molner

Mr. Molner resides in Washington Township and has served on the Board of Trustees since 1997.  His current term expires in December of 2012.  Mr. Molner has previously served as District president.  He serves on the Water and Sewer Service Delivery, Administration and the Building Expansion committees.

John Current

Municipal Appointment

Mr. Current resides in the village of Jerry City and has served on the Board of Trustees since July of 1992.  Mr. Current is an original member of the Board. His current term expires in December of 2008.  Along with being an officer of the Board, Mr. Current serves on the Water and Sewer Service Delivery and Finance committees.

John Ault
Township Appointment

Mr. Ault lives in Perrysburg Township and has served on the Board of Trustees since July of 1992.  His current term expires in December of 2012.  Mr. Ault serves on the Public Relations and Resource committees.

Paul Brim, deceased

Municipal Appointment

Paul passed away in early June of this year.  Paul was one of several currently seated Trustees who served since the District's inception. Paul was very proud to serve on the District's Board.  His dedication to the District will never be forgotten.

William J. Hirzel

Commissioner Appointment

Mr. Hirzel resides in Lake Township and replaces Terry Murray who resigned from the Board in December of 2007.  Mr. Hirzel’s term expires in December of 2008.  Mr. Hirzel is Treasurer of Hirzel Canning Company, NW Ohio.  He currently serves on the District's Finance and Adminstration committees.

Melinda Kale

Township Appointment

Ms. Kale resides in Liberty Township.  Her current term expires in December of 2008.  Ms. Kale currently serves on the Finance, Resource & Public Relations committees. She is a real estate agent with DiSalle Real Estate Co.-Bowling Green, Ohio office. Ms. Kale currently serves on the District's Finance, Resource and Buidling Expansion committees.

Lyle Schulte

Mr. Schulte resides in Lake Township and served on the Board of Trustees since 1999.  His current term expires in December of 2010.  Mr. Schulte is retired from Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Company and was a former Lake Township trustee.  Mr. Schulte has previously served as District president.  Mr. Schulte serves on the Water and Sewer Service Delivery, Administration and Building Expansion committees.

Phillip Shaffer

Mr. Shaffer resides in Portage Township and has served on the Board of Trustees since September of 1995.  His current term expires in December of 2010.  Mr. Shaffer currently serves on the Public Relations and Water and Sewer Service Delivery and Public Relations committees.
