EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2008, ALL DISTRICT AREAS

1. Set up fee for all new or transferred accounts $25.00

22. Plan deposit fee-non-refundable fee paid by contractors for plan sets for projects being publicly bid. $100.00 per set

MASTER METERED AREA FEES

1. Re-connection fee charged when service has been disconnected due to non-payment on account or disconnection due to failure of the customer to comply with the rules and regulations of the District.

13. Large tap schedule - for a 2" tap with a 1" meter, for commercial and industrial inside building installation. Includes meter, radio read unit, excavation and the connection on the water main.

For a tap exceeding 2" (3" - 16" tap) on any size line:  District will only perform tap.  No excavation, service line or restoration. Fixed charge is based on labor of two (2) employees with a four (4) hour minimum each at the current rate schedule.
              
Customer is responsible for the installation of the meter and the service line into the building.

14. Water taps-all road bores less than 60' are included in tap fee. Any service line requiring a longer length of service will be charged at the completion of installation at $10 per foot over 60' to the permit holder, i.e. 4-lane highways, wide road right-of-ways, ditch crossings, etc. $15 per foot for a road bore in excess of 60 feet.
15. Replacement meter cost and MXU cost for lost meters, damaged meters, well meters, etc.

16. Sewer grinder pump assembly-purchase of a residential single phase unit only $4000.00
