UPDATE-City of Rossford & Northwood (Homecraft Area) Water Meter Change Out Program The water meter change out program is continuing. The company performing this service on behalf of the District, US Bronco, has moved into the Northwood (Homecraft Area) and expects to be there 4-6 weeks. There remains a few customers in the city of Rossford area that will need their meter changed out. You may be receiving a telephone call from US Bronco to schedule this service. At times, customers could receive an automated message from OneCall Now on their telephones, as well. If you receive a call from either US Bronco or OneCall Now, this means that we are attempting to contact you to schedule your particular meter change out. If you receive a message from this service, please contact US Bronco (419) 409-0049, to schedule your appointment. A link to a map that shows where the company, US Bronco, will be starting has been provided below. The pink shaded area marked as #1 is the first area that will receive a door notice to schedule a time for the change out. They will also knock on the door when they are there to see if they can get in then to change out the meter. The next area is designated as #2 and is colored green. They may not get started there until October, when they get done with area #1. Also a link below has been provided that provides an example of the door notice that is being left on the resident’s door. US Bronco has a separate phone number of 419-409-0049 that residents can call to schedule an appointment.
