Village of West Millgrove Sanitary Sewer Improvements

(11/22/2011) The Board of Trustees for the NWSD will be hearing recommendations from the District staff regarding this project on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 7:30 a.m.  The information covered will include location, plans/designs, and estimated project cost.   Additionally, plans and estimated project cost will be available for review at the District’s permit room.

If the Trustees approve such recommendations, a resolution of necessity (project approval) will be passed and the District will proceed with the project by mailing certified letters to all benefiting property owner(s).  This letter will include the estimated cost per property owner (individual unit allcocation) and provide a date and time for a public meeting where additional project details will be discussed.

All meetings are open to the public.

(8/8/2011) The village was one of three Ohio communities sharing 1.6 million dollars to make critical improvements to their wastewater and sewer systems.  The grants are from the federally funded Water and Sewer Program, which is administered by the Ohio Department of Development. Tap-in assistance will also be available to 48 low-moderate income households.
