The District operations for water and sewer services are supported by the rates that users pay.  A uniform rate for operation and maintenance of water and wastewater system is used throughout the District.  However, the water treatment rate (see Treatment Provider Rates below) may vary throughout the District depending on which municipality is providing treatement services.
