You can receive bill notifications by e-mail and text message. If you already have an online billing account with the District, look for the “Electronic Billing” feature after you log in to your account.

To register for a new online account, choose the “Pay Your Bill Online” box on our home page, and select “Register Now!” at the redirect screen.  Please have your account number and service address or zip code available to get started.

Once registered, you can set up your account for Electronic Billing or text message notification, you can pay your account via credit card or e-check when you want to, or you can set your account to pay automatically if you choose. There is no charge to pay your bill electronically!
