Letter to Our Customers: COVID-19 in 2021
To Our Customers,
It has been 12 months now working under the risks of COVID-19. I don’t think it can end soon enough!
After a year of constant adjustments, there is good news ahead.
Locally, across the midwest, and the nation, the number of positive tests is slowing down. More people are getting vaccinated. What a relief!
The virus still affects some of our employees. We continue to practice social distancing, wearing masks, quarantining where necessary-basically all the things we have learned we must do work through this virus.
Meantime, we are open here. Our employees have been working full-time since last spring. Their travel and work conditions may have changed, but we work safely. Our phone, emails, and social media posts all are fully operable and have been throughout the pandemic. Based on my personal calls for services, we were well ahead of others who say they are providing customer service.
