The District, in partnership with the Salvation Army, is committed to helping our neighbors during these difficult times. That’s why we created the Pay It Forward Program—a special fund designed to provide a lifeline for those experiencing financial hardship. How You Can Help

Your tax-deductible donation stays within our community. You can give a one-time gift or add a monthly amount to your District bill. It’s easy—fill out the form on the back of this page, use the QR code, or call (419) 354-9090 (Option 2). Every contribution brings hope to someone in need.

Construction Projects

Dunbridge SR 582 Water and Sewer Project

Through December, watch for lane restrictions on Dunbridge Road from SR 582 to Poe Road and along SR 582 between SR 25 and Dunbridge Road. Road closures will be announced. Project investment: $13.1 million. Project complete: December.

Middleton Township: SR 582 Elevated Tank

Through September 2026, expect additional traffic and shoulder work north of SR 582 between SR 25 and I-75 for elevated tank construction. Project investment: $8.6 million. Project complete: September 2026.
