Essential operations continue to provide you with water and sewer services. The District continues to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines at all of our facilities to protect our essential workers.
The main office at 12560 Middleton Pike is closed and remains closed to the public until further notice.
Our customer service staff is available to assist you over the phone on weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. For non-emergency questions, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You are encouraged to pay through our online banking system, automatic withdrawal from your bank account, or through the mail. Customers can also drop off their payment at our dropbox, located outside the front door of our main office.
Our Board of Trustees continues to meet throughout the pandemic.
Visitors must have an appointment and complete a health form upon entry at our main office.
We remind our customers that COVID-19 is not impacting our water supply. According to the Center for Disease Control, there is no evidence that COVID-19 is present in or being transmitted by drinking water supplies.

Do Not Flush Wipes
Think twice after you use disinfecting wipes and DO NOT FLUSH them down the toilet. Also, so-called flushable wipes are not flushable. Think about your wallet before you flush wipes, it could cost you thousands of dollars in repairs. GROSS news story about what is happening in Washington DC.
