Water Quality Report Available Online
Every day, The District provides nearly 6.5 million gallons of safe drinking water to customers across four counties, drawing from seven water providers through 458 miles of pipe. We value transparency and share our annual water quality reports called Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs). These reports are required by the EPA for all public water systems. They offer details about your water quality, water sources, and other important information. CCRs are released with data from the previous calendar year. Everbridge Emergency Notifications
We’re improving how we keep you informed during emergencies.
The District is transitioning to Everbridge, a new emergency alert system designed to better serve our customers. This updated platform will help us deliver timely notifications about water outages, boil advisories, and other urgent service updates.
Everbridge replaces our previous emergency notification platform, CodeRED. Existing CodeRED registrations will not transfer, so users will need to create a new account to continue receiving alerts.

Summer Water Saving Tips
Summer is the time for a water conservation tune-up. As the weather heats up, here are some tips to help:
- Check your sprinkler heads and drip systems for clogging, leaks, and malfunctioning heads. Clean and repair them as needed.
- Watering three days a week should be sufficient for a typical landscape.
- Add or replace mulch; it is one of the quickest, easiest, and most cost-effective ways to save water.
- Run sprinkler systems when it is not windy and when it is cool (from midnight to early morning) to reduce evaporation.
- Remember that watering at the right time of day can save water, energy, and money.
After Hours Emergency Number
The District has simplified how customers report water and sewer emergencies. You can now call The District’s main number, 419-354-9090, for after-hours emergencies. By pressing 0, callers are connected to a call center that quickly notifies on-duty operators—eliminating the need to contact county dispatch offices. Save this number for fast, reliable service whenever you need it.
