Lime City Road Waterline

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Northwestern Water and Sewer District (The District) announces the start of construction on the Lime City Road Waterline project in Perrysburg Township. Underground Utilities, Inc., of Monroeville, Ohio, is the prime contractor on this $2.2 million project.

Work will involve installing 9,000 feet of 12-inch waterline and 3,000 feet of storm sewer by the Wood County Engineer. A key feature of this project is the creation of a waterline loop in the area's water distribution system. This enhancement will provide crucial redundancy, ensuring uninterrupted water service during maintenance or unforeseen disruptions. The new waterline will also improve fire protection capabilities along its route.
