Fix a Leak Week March 17th - 23rd

Ten percent of homes in the United States have leaks that waste an estimated 90 gallons of water or more per day. Common types of leaks found in the home are worn toilet flappers, dripping faucets, and other leaking valves. Fixing easily corrected household water leaks can save you money on your water bill. The District offers a great online tool to track your water use called AquaHawk. Set up an account and register to receive notifications if your water use is too high.
