Our Service Never Stops

Our Service Never Stops

It’s mid-May now, the spring of 2020. We are not in a place where any of us thought we would be with the COVID-19 crisis well upon us.  We hope you are safe and your family and friends are in good health.

Our employees, your District representatives, have fared well and we’ve been working hard. Almost all are in good health and working normal hours. We did have a few employees who were quarantined due to positive-testing family members.  They are scheduled to return to work once they are cleared by physicians.

But what a time! I think one pandemic per lifetime is enough for all of us!

Our service to you never waned, regular water quality testing and maintenance on our system never stopped. New construction projects and repairs were publicly bid, scheduled, and underway by early March. It was a relief for those local contractors with local workers to be productive those days during the “stay at home” orders.

Our customer service representatives continue to take your calls and emails and monitor social media sites to answer your questions on weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. During the crisis, we reduced our hours and staggered shifts to maintain a healthy and safe working environment for our team members. If we missed something throughout this crisis, please let us know.

At this time, our main office building remains closed.  As the state sets new guidelines for public buildings, we’ll be reopening our front doors. Keep an eye on our social media and our website for more information on when we will reopen.

Thank you for your cooperation and payments. Please call us with any concerns about your water or sewer services. We are here for you and will continue to provide premier water and wastewater services.
