Annual Water Quality Report Available Online

The District prides itself on providing over 5.4 million gallons per day of safe drinking water to the communities we serve. To reach our 20,000 customers in our four-county area, we use water from seven different water sources through a network of 458 miles of pipe.

Once a year, we present our annual water quality reports to our consumers. The EPA requires public water systems to provide Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) online. These reports provide information about your local drinking water quality. The CCRs summarize data regarding water sources (e.g., rivers, lakes, reservoirs, or aquifers), detected contaminants, compliance details, and educational information.

CCRs are released annually with information from the previous calendar year. CCRs for our water service areas are available on our website: www.nwwsd.org/water/consumer-confidencereports/

$4 Million Waterline Investment Coming To Henry County

The District recently began construction on a waterline that will extend eight miles from the Village of Weston to the Village of Liberty Center. This work is part of a project that will serve the communities of McClure, Liberty Center, and homes in between with water supplied from the Bowling Green Water Treatment Plant.

Construction started in Weston on Euler Road at Van Tassel Road. Installation of the line will move west along Euler Road (Hen CR N). Work will extend north on SR 65, cross the Maumee River, and move west to Liberty Center.

The contractor, Hillabrand & Sons Inc., expects work to wrap up in the spring of 2023.
