The Northwestern Water and Sewer District (The District) constantly improves the software used to protect your credit card security. Effective today at 3:30 p.m., The District will be upgrading its current billing software. At this time, all online credit card payments and over-the-phone credit card payments will be suspended temporarily. We estimate the upgrade should take approximately one hour, then service will be restored.
What to do if you would like to make a payment:
- Customers should make payments before 3:30 pm, or wait until the system is back online following the upgrade.
- If you have been notified your service will be shut off and want to make a payment today, please contact customer service at (419) 354-9090 Option 2 before 5 pm today.
