How to Prepare for a Water Emergency
Our dedicated operators work tirelessly to provide reliable water and sewer services. During National Preparedness Month, we urge you to prepare for potential water supply disruptions. FEMA and Ready.gov recommend storing at least one gallon of water per person per day for several days to cover drinking and sanitation needs. Children, nursing mothers, and those with medical conditions may require more. Secure bottled water or use food-grade containers, storing them in a cool, dark place. Visit www.ready.gov for a full list of disaster supplies. A preparedness plan is key to ensuring your family’s safety and well-being.
