The Northwestern Water and Sewer District (The District) announces the redesign of its website, nwwsd.org. The site offers a variety of enhancements including improved mobile accessibility, easier bill pay, and simplified contact information.
“The new site is user and mobile-friendly, with a clean, simple format,” said Theresa Pollick, District Public Information Officer. “Our goal is to make working with us simple, to help our customers, contractors, and vendors take care of business with us efficiently.”
Regular users will instantly notice changes to the layout, design, menus, navigation, and search functions as well as improvements to the customer service section of the website. During the planning phases, improvements were designed based on website analytics along with customer and employee feedback.
The new design puts customers first with a bill pay option and contact information highlighted on every page. The page headers also include links to customer service, who we are, what we do, working with us, a media center, and FAQ’s.
The District delivers water and sewer services to over 19,000 customers in Wood, Sandusky, and Hancock counties.
