Update on Access To The District Office & WaterShed

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Northwestern Water and Sewer District announces the following update regarding the WaterShed at 12560 Middleton Pike and accessing our facility during nearby roundabout construction. SR 582 between I75 and SR 25 is now open.
Access to The District Office
- Driveway access to the Northwestern Water and Sewer District’s main office at 12560 Middleton Pike is located just west of the new roundabout.
- Visitors will access the parking area through the main building grounds during regular business hours (weekdays from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm).
- No access will be available to the drop box after hours.

WaterShed Closure
- The WaterShed at 12560 Middleton Pike is closed through mid-December for safety concerns.
- Customers are encouraged to use alternate WaterShed locations during this time.
Payment Options

- Customers are encouraged to pay their District water and sewer bills online, by mail, by phone, or through automatic withdrawal during this phase of construction.
Bulk Water Station
- The bulk water station at 12560 Middleton Pike is closed through spring of 2025.
- Customers are encouraged to use alternate bulk water locations during this time.
