As the Chief Executive Officer of Work Leads to Independence (WLI), a nonprofit organization serving people with disabilities throughout Northwest Ohio, Kale demonstrates a deep understanding of the diverse needs within the community.

Kale's leadership extends beyond the Northwestern Water and Sewer District. Her involvement with the Governor's Council of People With Disabilities allows her to advocate for inclusive policies at the state level, while her position on the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees connects her to the local business community.

Residing in Rudolph, Ohio, Kale maintains strong ties to the region she serves. Her current term on the Northwestern Water and Sewer District Board extends through December 2026, reflecting her ongoing dedication to improving water and wastewater services for the communities of Northwest Ohio.
