Tim Phillips

Mr. Phillips was named to the seat on The District Board of Trustees in 2019 by the Henry County Commissioners following the merger of The Henry County Regional Water and Sewer District (HCRWSD) with the Northwestern Water and Sewer District.  He had served on the HCRWSD board for several terms prior to the merger. Tim's background includes a career in water and wastewater operations and local municipal government.   Tim spent over 40 years as the Water and Sewer Superintendent in the Village of Hamler. He currently resides in the Village of Hamler. While retired, he still is involved in operating Ohio EPA-permitted facilities in the region.  He is an active board member for Hancock-Wood Electric Cooperative, Inc. He was reappointed by the Henry County Commissioners in 2022 and will serve on The District Board through 2025.
