Water Preparedness in Case of Disaster

September is disaster preparedness month, and we want you to be water ready for any type of disaster.

The District encourages all of it’s customers to sign up for CodeRed in order to be informed of any water or sewer related emergency.  Please make sure you are signed up and your information is updated.

According to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, you should have at 1 gallon of water per person for over three days in case of a disaster.  For additional water storage tips, including how to properly store and boil water, visit CodeRed.
